Support and accommodation

Support offered

8 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (5 residents per key worker), with meetings at least weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 12 weeks. Staff provide compulsory support around life skills, including budgeting and basic cooking, and help with accessing education, training and employment and accessing benefits.
