People First

People First provide advocacy services. These services can help you to understand your rights and have your say.

Advocacy provision includes:

independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA);
independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA);
Paid Relevant Persons Representative (PRPR);
Liberty Protection Safeguards(LPS);
Care Act Advocacy (CAA);
Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy;
non-statutory (general) advocacy services; and
advocacy relating to any other relevant legislation or guidance
