Shelter provides practical help and advice on housing and homelessness. The service is free and confidential. For advice or guidance, call 0808 800 4444 between the hours of 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday (we are closed bank holidays). Legal team who can help you if you are eligible for Legal Aid. You’ll need to make an appointment to speak with the Legal team by calling 0344 515 1877.
