ARCH Recovery College

We run free to attend, face-to-face, small group educational sessions (both one off workshops and longer courses), around understanding mental health, well-being and recovery. We aim to help students understand various mental health diagnoses and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to manage their own recovery, have hope and gain more control over their lives.

As well as classroom-based sessions, we also run outdoor activities, including weekly walking groups, photography walks, and mindfulness in nature.
