Boxingwell

Formed in September 2020, we are a not-for-profit company based in Blyth, and we are passionate about using non-contact boxing training to improve mental health. Our methods have been getting fantastic results. We have a full time, friendly, fully qualified, fully DBS checked England Boxing coach who has a history of successfully working with a range of vulnerable service users. Age and mobility are no barriers to taking part in our training and it can even be delivered from a seated position. We offer individually tailored, non-contact boxing training designed to help a variety of mental health conditions. We have daytime access to a fantastic, authentic boxing gym in Blyth, Northumberland but also travel to work with clients individually or in groups. It is important to us that all of our mental health services are free to attend but we also offer commercial classes to help us support this function and help us grow so that we can support others.
