RISE

The RISE keyworker in Berwick supports males aged 16-30 who live within the Berwick Borough area that are at risk of isolation, experiencing barriers to services and support and/or experiencing poor mental health. She can provide support with education, work, unemployment, relationships, housing, addiction or anything else which may be causing concern. The Community Development Worker links with partners to enhance provision for all and boost activity levels. We can put you in touch with a range of different groups and services to get you the help you need.

Through the dedicated RISE Key Worker and taking a multi-agency approach, we are addressing inequalities of males aged 16-30 within the Berwick Borough area using the power of physical activity to address a range of wider issues including mental health, unemployment and poverty, supporting males aged 16-30 practically, socially and emotionally to help them improve their quality of life.
