Gem Arts

GemArts delivers arts projects with people of all ages and backgrounds. Their workshops enable people to develop new skills and interests, while working alongside professional artists to extend the experience of world music, dance, drama and visual arts. Through working with regional, national and international artists, they give people the opportunity to learn new skills and explore cross cultural art forms. They are a recognised leader in the diversity art sector, with extensive experience of working with refugee, asylum seeker and ethnic minority groups. Based in the north east, they have built up considerable knowledge of the issues faced by communities across the region.
