Impact on Teesside is an integrated service of Teesside Mind and Alliance Psychology Services providing talking therapies and community recovery support available to those aged 16 or above who are registered with a GP Surgery in Stockton on Tees, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough or Redcar.

Talking Therapies

If you’re struggling with your mental health and finding it hard to cope, then talking therapy could help. As part of this service Impact on Teesside provide:

counselling;
one to one support;
group sessions; and
support for living with long term health conditions.
Community Recovery Support

If you’re struggling with mental health issues and life challenges Impact on Teesside can offer you:

one to one support with a recovery practitioner;
recovery college courses; and
peer support.
