The Grange – County Durham

The Grange provides care and support for adults with mental ill health in County Durham. We offer time limited support aimed at helping you out of residential care and into your own accommodation where appropriate.

Services include:

long term care
short term time limited support
respite and emergency respite care
crisis intervention – to prevent hospital admission
community support
day services
employment and education support
complex needs including dual diagnosis, personality disorder, substance misuse
continued support once you have left the service
