We support people who are living with depression, anxiety, low mood and associated feelings.

www.peertalk.org.ukWe meet weekly in Sunderland-at the Counselling Service on John Street every Monday from 5.45pm to 7.15pm.

Facilitated by trained volunteers, the group provides a safe space for people to share and be heard-without judgment or preconception.

We believe that our peers start to heal the moment they feel heard.

The service is for anyone over the age of 18-there is no waiting list-you can simply turn up on Monday evenings.

And you will be made to feel very welcome.
